Shipping

There is free shipping in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If you want to ship to another country the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

All orders placed on our website are shipped from our central warehouse in Belgium.

We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at customerservice@cycleurdeluxe.com within 30 days* from the date the order was placed.

*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact customerservice@cycleurdeluxe.com and we will assist you further.

We ship to all countries you can find at the checkout. If your home country is not in the list at the checkout, we’re very sorry. Hopefully, we will be able to ship to your country in the near future.

Returns and exchanges

No, you can return your items for free.

Yes, you may always return discounted items. There is no charge for this.

If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online. We hope to be able to provide a standard exchange service in the future.

After the return is successfully received at our warehouse, the amount will be deposited into your account within a few days. Please note that a refund to a bank account or credit card may take a few days longer.

 

For returning your order please use the return form delivered with the order and drop the package at a GLS drop off point nearby.

Orders

When you place an order at www.cycleurdeluxeshop.com, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact customerservice@cycleurdeluxe.com and we will assist you further.

Once your order has been successfully placed, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return section for a full refund.

We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact customerservice@cycleurdeluxe.com with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

At the moment it is not possible to be notified once a product size is back in stock. We hope to be able to provide this service in the future.

 

Payment

No, it is not possible to pay afterwards.

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.

Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
